We recently hosted our annual Back-to-School Event, a community fair designed to help families prepare for the new school year. Thanks to the support of our vendors, community partners, businesses, volunteers, and collaborators, we were able to provide resources, services, and a wonderful experience for hundreds of families.

🎒 357 backpacks distributed during our Back-to-School Event.
🎒 75 additional backpacks distributed to families served through our Tarpon Springs office.
👨👩👧👦 849 attendees.
🤝 23 organizations providing valuable resources, services, and information to our community.
A heartfelt thank you goes to BayCare and the team from Morton Plant/Turley Family Health Center for providing approximately 45 to 50 free back-to-school physicals, conducting health screenings, and connecting with more than 250 community members. We are grateful for your continued partnership and commitment to the health and well-being of our community.
We also want to thank Foting and Pillin for bringing smiles through their entertainment, Carmen for providing free haircuts, Paletería El Glaciar for preparing the delicious aguas frescas enjoyed by our families, and DJ Lau for keeping the event full of great music and energy. Thank you all for helping make this event so special!
Finally, thank you to our amazing staff, volunteers, and youth volunteers, whose dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm helped every part of the event run smoothly and made this day possible.
